Registered myki 10-card limit
Your myki account can hold 10 registered myki cards. Find out what to do if you've hit your limit.

You are allowed to register 10 myki cards to a myki account.
You may try to register a myki when there are already 10 mykis in your account. If this happens, your myki account will note you've reached your myki card limit.
'Active' and 'inactive' mykis both count towards your myki card limit.
Ways to register a new myki
- Check to see if you have any 'inactive mykis'. You can view 'active' and 'inactive' mykis by clicking the tabs towards the top of the screen. You can request a refund on any inactive mykis you no longer want to use.
