Other ways to buy a myki card

- at myki machines at selected stations and stops
- at staffed train stations
- at the PTV Hub in Southern Cross Station (on the concourse near the corner of Spencer Street and Collins Street)
- by calling 1800 800 007 (allow 7 days to receive a myki card and around 90 minutes for top up).
Things to know about buying a myki card
- You can’t buy or top up myki on a tram or bus.
- Once you buy a myki card, top it up before you travel.
