PTV Hub
Visit the PTV Hub at Southern Cross Station, near the corner of Spencer and Collins Streets.
Hub opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 4:30 pm
- Weekends and public holidays: 9 am to 1:30 pm
- Closed Christmas Day.

Metropolitan train stations
Some metropolitan train stations are always staffed when trains are running. These stations often have:
- printed timetables
- change for vending machines and payphones
- indoor waiting areas
- toilets.

Regional train stations (V/Line)
Some regional (V/Line) train stations are staffed. The hours they are open varies.
You may want a myki card but be boarding a V/Line train outside the myki boundary. In those cases, you can get a pre-loaded myki card from some staffed stations or from a V/Line conductor.
