| Selling, busking and promotional activities | You can’t sell, hire, solicit for work, bust or distribute promotional material on the public transport network unless you have written authorisation from the relevant public transport operator or VicTrack. This rule is covered in Section 30 of the Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) (Conduct on Public Transport) Regulations 2015. You may also need to get approval from the local council to conduct any activities near a station, stop or vehicle. You can’t block public access to a station, stop or vehicle. |
