Device and 'card clash' errors

Tap one card only: card clash
The ticket reader detected more than one card. It hasn't processed your payment.
Scan your card again. Keep other bank or myki cards away from the ticket reader when you scan.

Digital devices not accepted
This ticket reader isn't be able to process digital bank cards.
Use a physical bank card, or a myki card.
