Having trouble logging into your contactless payment and travel history?

Reasons you may not be able to log in include:

IssueSuggested action
Your card is blocked by your financial institution. This might be because it has been reported lost or stolen, or there's suspected fraudulent activity.Contact your financial institution and ask about the status of your card.
You entered your card details incorrectly.Check the details you've entered and try again. 
Your card does not have at least $1 credit available for our system's pre-authorisation fee. Check your balance and make sure there's at least $1 available.
