International Student Travel Pass troubleshooting
Find out what to do if you're having problems with your International Student Travel Pass.
This page helps you resolve issues with an International Student Travel Pass. Read more about eligibility on the students page.
View common queries for international student passes. Note that:
- Your pass will be posted to you three weeks after you order it. You can't collect it in person.
- If your pass doesn't arrive after three weeks, email [email protected] or call 1800 800 007. Quote your order number and postal address, and we’ll investigate.
- If you're having trouble uploading a photo, view our students page to check photo requirements for international students. If you want to change your photo, contact the international student team.
Renew a pass
- Renew your pass on the International Student Travel Pass website.
- The renewal will appear on your current myki card within 14 days. You won’t get a new card.
Replace a pass
You can only order a replacement card on the International Student Travel Pass website.
To replace your card:
- Log into the International Student Travel Pass website
- Enter in the correct delivery address when placing your order.
Your lost or defective card is locked within 24 hours after a replacement is ordered. This can't be undone.
The active days left on your International Student Travel Pass are frozen until you touch on with the new card.
Find your myki number
Your myki number is on the back of your myki card.
If your myki has been lost or stolen, you can find the number online:
- Log into the International Student Travel Pass website
- Click on 'Manage Your Profile' to see your current myki card number.
Trips before your pass arrives
To travel before your International Student Travel Pass myki arrives, buy a full-fare myki card and top up with myki Money or myki Pass. You can’t travel with your International Student Travel Pass receipt.
