Temporary traffic management resources

This page has been developed to help the traffic management industry keep abreast of key legislated obligations.  

The legislative hierarchy in Australia dictates that Acts sit at the top as legally binding primary laws, followed in descending order by Regulations (mandatory laws), Codes of Practice (practical guides to compliance), Australian Standards (technical benchmarks), and finally Guidance Materials (voluntary advice). We’ve created this image to help break this down:
