'Testing Times' is a newsletter that provides information, interpretations and directions to Licensed Vehicle Testers on matters relating to the inspection of vehicles and the running of a Licensed Vehicle Tester licence.

We are currently reviewing and phasing out the Testing Times newsletters and this page will be updated as the information is reviewed. All outdated information has been redacted and newsletter editions have been removed where none of the information is relevant.
