FlexiRide on-demand bus service

This on-demand bus service has no fixed route and runs in certain parts of Victoria.

How to use FlexiRide

You can book the on-demand FlexiRide bus service in certain parts of Victoria.

You must use a FlexiRide hub at least once in your journey, but you can also get on or off at a regular bus stop. For example:

  • You can start your journey at a FlexiRide hub, and get off a regular bus stop, or vice versa.
  • You can start your journey at one FlexiRide hub and get off at another hub. Both hubs must be in one FlexiRide service area.

Booking FlexiRide

You can book the service or find your nearest stop location:

  • in the FlexiRide smartphone app (except for Woodend FlexiRide), available from Google Play or Apple App Store
  • by calling the service operator (check your local area information).

The Melton South service area uses a separate app, also available from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

For more information about FlexiRide or how to use the service, call 1800 800 007.

Paying for FlexiRide

The Woodend and Yarrawonga and Mulwala FlexiRides are cash services. Buy your ticket from the driver.

All other FlexiRide services use myki. Top up your myki before you travel.
