Passenger Support Teams are on board selected Friday and Saturday night services.
Here to help you on your journey
Our Passenger Support Team are friendly onboard ambassadors dedicated to helping you with your journey on selected Friday and Saturday evening services. They work closely with our drivers and the Network Security Team to help keep services running smoothly.
How it works
The Passenger Support Team:
- travel on select services on six tram routes
- are on board Friday and Saturday nights, 5pm to midnight
- ride for the full journey
- wear a distinct safety vest for identification.
Route maps
The Passenger Support Team travel on the following routes:
- Route 12 - Victoria Gardens to St Kilda (Fitzroy Street)
- Route 19 - North Coburg to Flinders Street Station
- Route 86 - Bundoora RMIT to Waterfront City Docklands
- Route 109 - Box Hill to Port Melbourne
- Route 57 - West Maribyrnong to Flinders Street Station
- Route 96 - East Brunswick to St Kilda Beach
