Active work
Kyneton Main Road (Trio Road) resurfacing works, Kyneton
Resurfacing works the Kyneton Main Road (Trio Road) in Kyneton, are underway.
Crews are working on the road surface of the Calder Freeway overpass and on ramp on Trio Road in the Macedon Ranges Shire.
We’ll be on site between 8pm and 6am, from Tuesday 20 October to Sunday 25 October 2026, excluding Friday and Saturday nights.
During works, the overpass and on ramp will be closed, with signed detours in place for local traffic via Edgecombe Road, Pipers Creek Road and Batters Lane.
Heavy vehicles will be detoured via Mollison Street, Saleyards Road and Edgecombe Road to access Calder Freeway.
Reduced speed limits will be in place to ensure the safety of crews and road users.
