Active work

Resurfacing works, Timboon

Resurfacing works on Timboon-Colac Road (Barrett Street), Timboon-Port Campbell Road (Main Street) and Timboon-Nullawarre Road (Bailey Street) in Timboon, are underway.

Crews are working on the surface of the road in the township of Timboon.

We’ll be on site between 6pm and 6am, from Monday 26 October to Monday 2 November 2026, excluding Friday and Saturday nights.

During works, there will be a lane closures in place, with traffic controllers in place to allow traffic through the site, one lane at a time. There will also be reduced speed limits to ensure the safety of crews and road users.

Bayside Road (Seabeach Parade and Lowe Street) rehabilitation works, North Geelong

Rehabilitation works on Bayside Road (Seabeach Parade and Lowe Street), between Sea Breeze Parade and Refinery Jetty are almost complete.

Crews are undertaking final works between 7am and 6 pm, from Thursday 15 October to Friday 30 October 2026.

From Thursday 15 October to Tuesday 20 October 2026, there will be single lane closures in place on Bayside Road, with temporary traffic signals in place to guide traffic through the site, one lane at a time. There will be side road closures, with signed detours and reduced speed limits in place to ensure the safety of crews and road users.

From Wednesday 21 October to Wednesday 28 October 2026, St Georges Road will be closed between Bayside Road and the level crossing, with a detour in place via North Shore Road, Princes Highway and Bayside Road.

Final clean up and line marking works on Bayside Road and St Georges Road will follow the completion of these works on Thursday 29 and Friday 30 October 2026.

Traffic management crews will be on site to help you move through the area while we complete these important works.

Princes Highway rehabilitation works, Panmure

Rehabilitation works on a 980m stretch of the Princes Highway in Panmure, between Ellerslie-Panmure Road and Harris Street, are underway.

Crews are working on the road surface in Moyne Shire between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with the possibility of some weekend works, from 5 October 2026 for up to eight weeks.

During works, single lane closures are in place, with reduced speed limits to keep crews and road users safe.
