Harrow-Balmoral Road bridge strengthening

Update - January 2026

The upgrades to Harrow-Balmoral Road bridge, between Railway Street and Horsham Road in Balmoral, have reinforced the structure, ensuring the bridge is more durable for future transport needs and improving connectivity for locals and industry in Victoria’s west.

The works included carbon fibre strengthening of the bridge and waterproofing the bridge deck, and were completed in January 2026.
