Fully-Controlled Right Turns - Grampians
We’ve delivered safety improvements at key intersections in Ballarat and Horsham.

We’ve installed fully-controlled right turns at the intersections of:
- Doveton Street and Eyre Street in Ballarat
- Baillie Street and Urquhart Street in Horsham
The new dedicated turn signals will increase safety for all road users, ease congestion and improve traffic flow at these busy intersections.
Transport Victoria delivered these upgrades in April 2026 as part of the Australian Government’s Black Spots Program.
