What we’ve done
We’ve replaced the bridge expansion joints at the Vineyard Road bridge over the Calder Freeway in Diggers Rest.
These works have created smoother journeys for drivers using the bridge that connects Diggers Rest to Sunbury.
Works involved:
- removing the existing expansion joints on the bridge
- installing the new expansion joints to match the height of the road
- reinstating the road surface and line marking.
