What we’ve done

We installed a shared use path along Studley Road from Heidelberg Station to Burgundy Street and made pedestrian and bike rider safety improvements at Burgundy Street and Studley Road intersection.

We also made improvements to the path between Burgundy Street and Darebin Street to make it more enjoyable for everyone. These improvements included:

  • new rail fencing along the length of path to improve safety
  • a new concrete path with handrails at the steepest section of the path near Darebin Street to improve safety and accessibility
  • new bench seats and graffiti removal along the rock walls to improve amenity.
