Southern Cross Station escalator upgrade

The upgrade to the escalators on platforms 9-14 at the Collins Street end is now complete.

The new, stronger escalators will ensure the growing number of passengers who use Southern Cross Station can get where they need to go, quickly and safely. The upgraded escalators will operate more efficiently, carry more people and be more reliable.

Thank you for your patience during the works.
