New Route 405 from 26 July
Route 405 will give Cairnlea passengers a direct bus connection to Deer Park Station.
From Sunday 26 July 2026, new Route 405 Deer Park Station – Brimbank SC will connect Cairnlea passengers to trains via Cairnlea Drive.
Route 405 will make it easier to get to Brimbank Shopping Centre, Cairnlea Town Centre, Cairnlea Park Primary School and Victoria University Secondary College.
Route 405 will use 14 new bus stops along Cairnlea Drive, as well as other existing stops.
Services will run every 20 minutes during the day on weekdays and every 40 minutes on weeknights and weekends, seven days a week.
