‘Colours of Baw Baw’ by Linda Schmidt
Inspired by the distinctive scenery of Baw Baw, this artwork is an interpretation of the natural beauty that surrounds us. The red soil potato fields of Thorpdale, the rolling green and sepia hills of Neerim, the unique flora and bird life of Mt. Baw Baw, and the rivers and streams that give life to it all. The Princes Fwy divides the landscape and represents growth, and the linkages to city and country. For all to enjoy, ‘Colours of Baw Baw’ is a colourful celebration of our unique and diverse environment.
