Renew or cancel a licence or learner permit
You can also cancel a licence and may be eligible for a refund.
You may need to provide a new photo when you renew. Use the photo kit form (PDF) to do this.
You can apply for licence refund using the refund form (PDF). You can also submit a cancellation and refund request for deceased estate (PDF).
