Western Roads Upgrade - Princes Highway-Geelong Road maintenance

As part of the Department of Transport and Planning’s commitment to maintain roads and structures in Melbourne’s western suburbs, we’re delivering important road maintenance on Princes Highway-Geelong Road in Footscray and Brooklyn.

When to expect us

Maintenance works will be delivered by Netflow on Princes Highway-Geelong Road between Buckley Street in Footscray and Grieve Parade in Brooklyn, and will involve asphalt resurfacing and line marking to restore the condition of the road surface.

Crews will be on site for 10 nights from mid-November through to the end of November 2024 excluding Friday and Saturday nights, weather permitting.

Crews will work on site at night from 8pm to 6am to minimise traffic disruption and to keep our crews safe.

Please note that the dates and times are subject to change due to weather conditions.
