Call 13 11 70 (24 hours, 7 days a week) - for all urgent road hazards, and anything that presents immediate danger. 

Always call 000 in an emergency situation.

Report a level crossing fault

This includes faulty level crossing boom gates.

Call:

• 1800 001 050 - metropolitan level crossings
• 1800 013 007 - regional and rural crossings.

Both numbers are open 24 hours and are free of charge.

Non-urgent road issue

You can report non-urgent issues or make an enquiry.

Non-urgent issues can include faded linemarking, small potholes or fallen signage.
