Frankston-Flinders Road, Hastings - maintenance works

What we’re doing

To keep Frankston-Flinders Road safe and reliable for the thousands of road users who use it every day, we will be undertaking pavement rehabilitation works on a section of the road between Cool Store Road and Glendale Avenue.

When to expect us

Crews will be on site for approximately 12 nights from 8pm and 5am, between Tuesday 13 June and Wednesday 28 June, excluding Friday and Saturday nights.

We will be working at night to minimise traffic disruption with detours and traffic management in place to keep our crews safe. 

Please note that the dates and times are subject to change due to weather conditions. 

How will this impact you

• During works, Frankston-Flinders Road will be closed between Cool Store Road and Glendale Avenue
• A signed detour will be in place via Cool Store Road and Glendale Avenue.
• There will be medium to high noise levels at times.
• We will maintain access to properties at all times, with traffic management crews on site to help you move through the area.
• Heavy vehicles and buses will be escorted through the road closure on Frankston-Flinders Road by traffic controllers. Please address a traffic controller if you need to pass through the road closure.
