How to use the map

Road colour definitions:

• Green roads are available to approved vehicles.
• Yellow roads are conditionally available to approved vehicles, with conditions visible by clicking the road.
• Red roads are restricted, with reasons visible by clicking the road. 

Access to red and all other roads requires a permit from the road manager, except where signed detours are in place. 

Use map layers to view:

• road closures
• traffic alerts
• roadworks
• detours or events
• height limits (read more about height clearance on roads).

Network maps are updated regularly. Operators of restricted access heavy vehicles must check all routes before travelling.
